3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.
We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without notice.
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and other payment methods supported by Shopify.
By submitting payment information, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment method for the total purchase amount, including applicable taxes and shipping.
All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments or other certified processors. We do not store full credit card numbers.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States and select international destinations.
Delivery estimates shown at checkout are approximate; once shipped, delivery timelines depend on the carrier.
We are not responsible for delays due to customs, weather, or carrier disruptions.

5. Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our products.
If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, email support@seehappyglasses.com with your order number.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is processed.
Shipping fees and gift cards are non-refundable unless required by law.
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our site — including text, graphics, photos, logos, videos, product descriptions, and design — is owned by See Happy LLC or our content providers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any material without prior written consent.
The “See Happy” name and logo are registered trademarks of See Happy Glasses LLC.
7. User Content
If you submit reviews, photos, testimonials, or other content (“User Content”), you grant See Happy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing and promotional purposes, including on our website and social channels.
By submitting content, you confirm you own or have permission to use it and that it does not violate any third-party rights.
8. Affiliate & Wholesale Partners
Affiliate Program
Affiliates earn up to 20% commission on each qualifying sale generated through their unique referral link.
Fraudulent activity, self-purchases, or false advertising of the brand will result in immediate termination of partnership and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
Wholesale Partners
Approved wholesalers receive access to bulk pricing and marketing materials.
Orders placed under wholesale agreements are final and non-returnable unless defective.
Affiliate and wholesale participation are governed by separate written agreements, which supersede this section in case of conflict.
9. Promotions & Discount Codes
Occasionally we offer promotions or discount codes.
All offers are subject to change or termination without notice.
Only one discount code can be used per order unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Promotions cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States.
Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Hartford County, CT, unless otherwise required by local law.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), and waive any right to participate in a class action.

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
